Booking Your Session


Getting started is easy! Simply click the "Book Now" button on our website, and we'll send you a link to our online scheduler. You'll choose a date and time that works for you, it gets sent to our photographers for review and if approved you'll be sent a questionnaire to help us get to know you, a contract signed by all and then an invoice. It may seem like a lot of work but let's dive into what the purpose of each step is.


Contracts:


Our contract is a standard document that outlines the terms and conditions of our working relationship. It's designed to protect both you and our studio, and to ensure that we're on the same page throughout the entire process. The contract will cover things like session details, including date, time, and location, payment terms and conditions, cancellation and rescheduling policies, image release and usage rights, and liability and insurance information. We require a contract to be signed before your session to ensure that we're both clear on the expectations and responsibilities involved. This way, we can focus on what really matters – creating beautiful, empowering images that you'll treasure for a lifetime.


Questionnaires:



Our questionnaire is a crucial part of our pre-session process. It's a way for us to get to know you better, and to understand your goals, preferences, and any concerns you may have. The questionnaire will ask about your goals for the session, your favorite things about your body, areas you'd like to focus on or avoid, and if you have any specific poses or themes in mind. This information helps us tailor your experience to your unique needs and desires. It also gives us a chance to prepare for your session and ensure that we have everything you need to feel comfortable and confident. By taking the time to complete the questionnaire, you'll help us create a truly personalized experience that's all about you.


Payment Plans and Invoices: Making Your Boudoir Experience Affordable



At CNY Photographs, we believe that everyone deserves to feel empowered and beautiful, regardless of budget constraints. That's why we offer flexible payment plans to make your boudoir experience more accessible. We understand that paying for a boudoir session in one lump sum can be challenging, which is why we allow you to break your payment into up to four installments.


Our payment plan is designed to be flexible and accommodating. A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking, which will be applied directly to the total cost of your session. This deposit secures your session date and time. The remaining balance can be paid in up to three additional installments, with payments due at intervals agreed upon by our team. The session must be paid in full prior to the day of the session.


We require payment in full before your session to ensure that we're both protected and committed to the experience. Once you've booked your session, we begin preparing for your experience. This includes setting aside time, planning poses and themes, and preparing your space to make you feel comfortable and beautiful. Payment in full ensures that we're committed to delivering our best work to you. In the event that you're unable to attend your scheduled session, we've lost the opportunity to book another client. Payment in full ensures that you're committed to attending your session and helps us maintain our schedule. By having payment in full, we can focus on what matters most – creating beautiful, empowering images that you'll treasure for a lifetime.


Once you've booked your session, we'll send you an invoice outlining the details of your payment plan, including the amount due, payment due dates, and payment methods accepted. You can make payments online, by phone, or in-person at our studio. We're committed to making your boudoir experience unforgettable, and we're happy to work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget. Preparing for Your Session



To help you feel your best, we provide a comprehensive guide to preparing for your boudoir session. This includes tips on hair, makeup, wardrobe, and more. We want you to feel confident and beautiful, inside and out. Not only that, but our team customizes each experience with fresh bedding, a freshly cleaned space and all props are wiped down and cleaned both before and after each session.



Why We Don't Offer a Boudoir Client Closet


At CNY Photographs, we understand that a boudoir session is a personal and intimate experience. We're often asked if we offer a client closet for lingerie and accessories, but the answer is no. While we know some studios do offer this service, it's not something we're comfortable providing.


Honestly, we'd rather you wear something that's truly yours, something that makes you feel confident and beautiful. We want you to have the best possible experience, and that means wearing your own lingerie, accessories, and personal touches. We're also a bit germ-conscious. We know it sounds silly, but the thought of wearing lingerie that's been tried on by someone else, no matter how clean it is, just doesn't sit right with us.


After the Shoot: The Magic Happens



After your boudoir session, our team gets to work creating stunning images that will take your breath away. We'll carefully select the best shots, edit them to perfection, and create a private online gallery just for you. This is where the magic happens, and we can't wait to share the results with you.


Our editing process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the volume of sessions we have booked. We take our time to ensure that every image is perfect, from the lighting to the smallest details. You'll receive an email notification when your gallery is ready, and we will schedule an in-person reveal.


In-Person Photo Reveal


During the reveal, you'll sit down with our photographers, and we'll go through your images together. We'll provide snacks and refreshments, and you'll have the opportunity to order prints, purchase albums, and other products to treasure your memories. It's a relaxed and intimate setting, designed to make you feel comfortable and at ease.


Our team will be on hand to guide you through the process, answer any questions you may have, and help you choose the perfect images to take home. You'll have the chance to see your images in person, and we'll help you decide which ones you want to print and share with loved ones. It's a truly special experience, and we're honored to share it with you.
