The booking process
1. Inquiry & Initial Details
You’ll start by filling out our inquiry form (Below) so we can learn about you, your wedding date, and your vision. This helps us confirm availability and make sure we’re the right fit for your day.
3. Save Your Date
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll officially reserve your date by completing the booking steps. This includes your signed agreement and retainer. When this is done, your date is locked into our calendar.
2. Consultation
We’ll connect for a consultation—either in person at our studio or virtually. This is where we talk through your timeline, priorities, coverage needs, and answer all the questions. No pressure, just clarity.
4. Planning & Preparation
This is where our team really shines. We stay in touch as your plans come together, help with timeline guidance, and make sure nothing photo-related is overlooked. You’re never on your own.
